1 Services Provided

Transformative AI Solutions offers consulting, AI automation setup, and digital strategy services as outlined in the package descriptions. Services may include, but are not limited to, AI tool integration, automation workflows, client onboarding systems, and strategic recommendations.

2 Payment Terms

All services must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. Prices are listed clearly on each service package and may include taxes or processing fees.

• No work will begin until payment has been confirmed.
• Accepted payment methods are listed on the checkout page.

3 Delivery Timeline

After purchase, you will be contacted within 1–2 business days to schedule your kickoff session or begin onboarding. Turnaround times vary by package and will be communicated clearly during the process.

4 Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital services and consulting time:

• All purchases are non-refundable once work has begun.
• If you wish to cancel before work begins, contact support within 24 hours of purchase to request cancellation.
• In certain cases, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion if no materials or labor have been expended.

5 Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful outcomes, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information when requested
• Attend scheduled sessions or meetings
• Cooperate with onboarding and delivery processes

7 Limitation of Liability

• Technical issues caused by third-party tools or platforms
• Any direct or indirect loss of business resulting from automation outcomes
• Decisions made based on advice or AI-driven results

8 Intellectual Property

All custom-built workflows, templates, and deliverables become your property once the project is completed and paid in full. However, Transformative AI Solutions reserves the right to reuse non-identifying frameworks or templates in future projects.

These terms may be updated at any time. The most current version will always be visible on the website and referenced at checkout.
