Engagement Score (40% weight):
• Email Engagement: up to 25 points
• Website Visits: up to 25 points
• Content Downloads: up to 20 points
• Social Media: up to 10 points
• Response Time: 2-10 points (faster = better)
• Previous Experience: +5 points
• Evaluating Competitors: +5 points
